Diversity & Inclusion
Global Office of Diversity & Inclusion is tasked with leveraging the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of employees to help maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Global Office of Diversity & Inclusion
Our team, located in offices around the world, is made up of Subject Matter Experts who have a broad-based knowledge of inclusion strategies that drive engagement, retention, productivity and innovation among our colleagues.
Launched in May 2012, the Global Office of D&I is aligned with the concept of delivering training and programming to employees of all levels and across all businesses, functions and regions as part of the Talent Management Center of Excellence.
Our Focus
Our efforts are centered on ensuring that leadership is equipped with the tools to lead a diverse, inclusive organization and on providing our employees a workplace to which they can bring their whole selves without fear of judgment or discrimination.
Our work fits into 3 categories:
Talent – ensuring that we are attracting, developing and retaining top talent
Workplace – fostering and advancing a culture of inclusion through employee engagement and leader education
Marketplace – enhancing the brand in diverse communities to benefit our employees and shareholders
In all that we do, our focus remains on the bottom line. While we realize that “doing the right thing” and being a good corporate citizen is critically important, the value of what we do is best realized not in social, but financial impact.
