Performance Management
The Performance Management team develops and supports the principles and governance that drive a high performing organization. Our principles are derived with the Business Unit/Function in mind through the leadership of the Performance Management Steering Group.



Who we are
The Steering Group is made of a diverse team of Senior Business Unit and Function leaders. The Group provides:
- Multi-year governanceand advisory strucutre
- Facilitate the balance of HR input and busiuness ownership
- Focus on advising on policy, program design and process alternatives
Performance Management consists of three major parts:
Goal Setting
Mid-Year Review
Year-End Review
What we achieve
We support managers in their efforts to evaluate and differentiate performance based on individual SMART goals that are aligned with organizational goals. Performance differentiation is supported with corresponding STI awards to recognize and reward top performance.
Our focus is on increasing transparency in our processes, improving alignment with Business Unit/Function and Organizational goals and fostering a feedback culture of regular performance conversations.
Our programs are executed globally and designed to equip managers with the skills and knowledge needed to evaluate and develop employees.
How we achieve it
Through discussions with senior leaders , we are able to understand the performance needs of our global organization. We utilize a cross functional project team with regionally representation and center of excellence and practice area participation, to address these needs.
Talent Connection is our system of record and provides the organization with a tool that employees and managers can use in completing their performance management responsibilities. They can:
