One way to become involved and learn best practices is through the Business Trainer Exchange (BTX) Community of Practice. BTX hosts bi-monthly forums featuring guest speakers and learning professionals that spotlight best practices, leading industry technologies and learning techniques. The BTX Chatter group shares ideas and informative articles across the organization.
We leverage Talent Connection to the fullest extent to explore various learning capabilities.
